A suspended collar blazer from TDDOTL carried by the designer Peter Shonoda.
Peter Shonoda is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design SCAD with a degree in Fashion Design. My specialization lies in high-end tailoring, with a particular emphasis on functional and sculptural design and construction. My creative vision is profoundly influenced by my personal experiences and cultural background, shaped by my upbringing in Egypt and the Gulf region.
My most recent collection, The Dark Delusion of The Light— featured in VogueRunway and Paper Magazine, tells the story of someone who was born into an abusive and dysfunctional family, and they escape into the light. But once they discover the light, they realize that the darkness has become a part of them, and they need to make peace between the light and the dark."
Combining Concealed Protective Silhouettes, Dark Religious Notions and Bespoke Tailoring- this fully gender-neutral collection emanated from the battle between the deepest darkness and the rebirth of light.
TDDOTL was awarded Best International Collection in London Graduate Fashion Week 2024.
